Elferri S 20 Mg Injection with a salt composition of 20mg elemental iron is administered to people who have anemia. Low level of iron causes less RBCs and thus causes anemia. This iron replacement product in the liquid form is to be administered by a professional, whether a doctor or a nurse. The iron sucrose injection USP must not be self-administered. It can cause side-effects like nausea, constipation and vomiting. In most cases, these side effects disappear within a few days.
